Sections
The Scout Group at the 74th st. Lukes is made up of three sections, Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts. Each of these three sections has its own leaders, runs its own programme, and meets at a different time on a Monday evening. Please see below for more details on the section you are interested in.
6 to 8 year oldsJoining in, having fun, learning the ropes. Beavers is the first step on the Scouting ladder. This is where your lifetime of adventure starts

8 to 10 and a half year oldsMoving on, getting to camp, getting muddy. Once you move to Cubs, and get out into camp suddenly it all happens. Everything in Cubs is new, everything in Cubs is fun.

10.5 to 14 year oldsScouts are where you put into practice all you have learned in Beavers and Cubs. We camp, we hike, we climb mountains, we cook on fires, we sing, we make friends for life.
